The Stalker has the ability to nullify magical abilities up to 2m away. Obviously, this works against all combat abilities, but I need your permission if it's going to negate a character's passive ability! Please let me know below if that's all right with you.

This might be very fun to play with. Is it a passive or active ability? Totally have permission to nullify any of Bill's shit.

It's an active ability. He has to realize someone's using an ability if he wants to nullify it, but once he does, all abilities in the vicinity are knocked out. It's like a small-range EMP for powers.
